SHIPPING & RETURNS
For online flower delivery and collection, our delivery fee is £5.
We deliver to the following areas: Catsfield, Ninfield, Crowhurst, Battle, Bexhill, Hastings and Bexhill and our delivery day for flowers is a Friday only.
Collection days are Tuesdays and Fridays for flowers, with collection from Great Park Farm or Githa Road in Hastings.
For online product orders, P&P costs are added at the checkout.
If you need a different form of postage, such as next day delivery, please contact us at growandwild@hotmail.com before ordering.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied, please contact us at growandwild@hotmail.com
Regarding products - Any items sent back before contacting us to request a return will not be accepted.
If a return request is accepted, then the item will need to posted for inspection with all original packaging, proof of purchase and a proof of postage of the return will need to be posted within 14 days of receipt.
If a return is accepted you will be refunded to your original payment method, but we do not cover postage costs.
